Stir Fry Sauce

I really enjoy a good stir fry.  It's a healthy meal all in one--vegetables, lean protein, grains.  What really makes or breaks it though is the sauce.  There are some decent varieties at the store but like most things, homemade is generally better.

4 teaspoons beef bouillon
2/3 cup water
1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce (you can substitute soy sauce if your Teriyaki sauce is depleted)
1/4 cup molasses
3 Tablespoons corn starch
1/4 cup oil
1 Tablespoon white vinegar

Cut up your meat and heat it in a large skillet until browned.  Add veggies (I like keeping it simple--broccoli, baby carrots and sliced yellow onion) and over medium-high heat, steam until firm but not mushy.
Combine all of the ingredients for the sauce and whisk.  Add to stir fry and over medium heat, toss veggies and meat until sauce has thickened and stir fry is coated evenly.  Serve over rice.
Dinner is served!
