1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
1 Tablespoon flour
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 Tablespoon water
1 Tablespoon canola oil
Pinch of salt
Scoop of ice cream (optional of course, but these brownies are extremely chocolaty and a little ice cream balances it out nicely)
In a mug or small microwave safe container, combine all the ingredients (except the ice cream) and mix well. Go ahead and lick the spoon when you're done--there's no raw egg.
Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Top with ice cream and enjoy!
