8 chicken breasts
1 can cream of ____ soup (chicken, celery or mushroom)
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 Tablespoons chopped onion
Place the chicken breasts in a baking pan (I like to line it with foil so there's less mess to clean up). Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.
(If you're making it the day ahead and refrigerating, bake for about fifteen to thirty minutes longer).
