1/2 cup whipping cream
1 cup honey (the kind of honey you use will greatly affect the final flavor. Choose well!)
1 Tablespoon almond flavoring
1/2 cup sugar
Butter for greasing pan, hands and scissors
Butter a cookie sheet and place in the refrigerator. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cream, honey and almond flavoring until the cream and honey combine. Stir in sugar until dissolved.
With buttered hands, pull the taffy for several minutes until it becomes soft, pliable and lighter in color.
Wrap individual pieces and enjoy!
