1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup chicken broth or instant bouillon dissolved in 1 cup water
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
In a saucepan, combine olive oil, soy sauce and broth over medium heat.
Add garlic salt and brown sugar, stirring until dissolved. Add peanut butter and stir until creamy.
Lastly, add the red pepper and let heat through to spice up the sauce.
Combine with 2 cups cooked, cubed chicken. Serve over rice.
