1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups Cheerios
Over medium-high heat, bring the sugar and corn syrup to a gentle boil. Boil for one minute (the longer you boil it, the harder your treats will be so if you'd like them soft, stick with one minute or less). Remove from the heat and add peanut butter and vanilla, stirring until smooth. Pour in the cheerios and mix until completely coated.
Place by the spoonful on wax paper and allow to cool slightly before serving.
