Red Pepper and Alfredo Pizza
1 pizza crust (here's our favorite recipe)
Alfredo sauce (there's a delicious, homemade, low fat one in Our Best Bites cookbook [affiliate link])
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced or chopped
1 sprig green onion, chopped
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 chicken breast, cooked and chopped
After preparing the pizza crust, spread the alfredo sauce. Top with chicken, bacon, onion and bell pepper. Top with cheese. Bake at 425F for 15 to 25 minutes.
