4 to 6 large tortillas
3 cups cooked and shredded chicken
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 cup frozen broccoli florets
1/2 cup Ranch dressing
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients except tortillas thoroughly. Divide into tortillas and wrap all ends tightly. Pan fry, grill or bake for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, at 350F or until golden and hot.
