8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sour kraut, drained
6 ounces Swiss cheese
6 ounces corned beef, diced
2 to 3 Tablespoons Thousand Island dressing, or to taste
Mix all ingredients together and put in crock pot. Heat until warmed through and cheese is melted. Serve with crackers, bread or toast.
